Ingredients
- Whole chicken 1
- Papaya paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
- For Chutny
- Tomatoes 6
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Cumin seeds 2tsp
- Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Cooking Directions
- Mix together papaya paste, yogurt, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, and green chili paste.
- Apply this marination on chicken and leave for 1-2 hours.
- Blend together all chutney ingredients except oil.
- Now warm the oil and stir fry chutney in it on high flame.
- When oil comes on top, add marinade chicken in it. Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from pan and serve with remaining masala.
